Requests for transcripts for students who graduated during or before 2004 may have additional processing delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
NOTE: We try to process transcript requests within 3 business days after we receive them. However, during certain high-demand times throughout the year it can take longer. Please allow extra time, 2 weeks in most cases, for your transcript to reach it's destination.
1. PRINT and complete the request form or fill out online and save as pdf: SHS Transcript Request Form
2. *PAY transcript fee in person, by mail, by fax, or online here TouchBase Online Payment System We accept check, cash, credit/debit card and money order in person; check or money order by mail; or credit/debit card online.

*Former Students: Cost is $5.00 per transcript ordered. Requests are usually fulfilled within three business days of receipt of payment, but please allow two weeks for delivery.

*Current Students: Current SHS students receive up to 5 transcripts at no charge. After the first 5 transcripts, there is a $3.00 per transcript fee payable at the SHS Activities Office.
3. PROVIDE a photo ID in person OR a copy of photo ID if sending by mail, email, or fax.
4. DELIVER the transcript request form:
